The reasons is because Creation Club content goes through full testing. Using Creation Club will not disable achievements/trophies.
Once a game has a mod enabled, you will not be unable to unlock Achievements or Trophies. Terrible news for any trophy and achievement hunters out there waiting to receive a copy of Skyrim: Special Edition.
